great Dewalt 18v deal at Lowes

picked up a box set, light, circ saw, recip saw and drill w/ batteries/charger for $200-that's $199.97 off the regular price I bought it for the recip saw and the batteries-oddly enough one of my 18v drills began cutting out last week-saved by the bell!

That's great.

That's a sign that they have new models coming out
(maybe their getting ready to launch more Nano Models!).

Do you have a part number? Just curious which one it is. Does it have the XRP batteries or just the regular ones?

Thanks, Rob

Just called both local Lowes stores. NO and NO! They do not have any more left.

If anybody is interested the item # is (135252) (does not show up online which makes me think it's discontinued) and the Model # is DC4CPKA

NOT XRP batteries either.

They do this a couple of times a year
with either DeWalt or Porter-Cable.
It's always something like ....
down graded batteries or not "quite"
the same model numbers on the tool.
They are "special" promotional packages
just for the Boxes.
They never seem to jibe with anything
on the manufacturer's web site.
That said, still can be worthwhile,
just sucks that they can't be more
up front.

I got a spare PC 19.2 drill for $99,
just not the heavy duty battery packs.
