Dewalt corded recipocating saw $109 cnd (used for one cut)
a Bosch power flush cut saw $149 cnd (used for 2 cuts)
and a Sears wet vac/ bower $169 cnd (used to clean up after 3 cuts)
plus taxes

from a home owner who tried doing his own renovations.

All for $200
