Is This A Good Deal?

a local retailer here (Canadian tire) has a campbell hausfield clipped 3 1/2" framing nailer on sale for 99.99 (82.99 converted to usa funds)

I don't particularly need a framing nailer, but was wondering- if this is just a great deal, or are they moving junk? this firm does this now and then, they get something and put it on a great sale- only this time I have no experience with campbell hausfield, so ??

my other air guns are hitachi, makita, and senco. (finishing stuff) and I've had no problems with them (also a stanley bostitch, which I hate - misfires)

Crappy Tire has some amazing deals these days. I think they are going after the Depot. I re-stocked some stolen hand tools with about $1000 worth of Mastercraft stuff that I paid $400 for. Grand opening sale. It was fun! Their branded hand tools are actually quite good in my opinion. Power tools, not so much. But Campbell Hausfield, that's an okay brand isn't it?

I seen that one, in the flyer an hour ago... Seems ok to me. The brand is alright, don't think it came with anything?

also noticed that it was 1.ish hp, and you should have atleast 2hp min if you ever wanted to use the spray cup...

Small things would be ok though...

I saw a CH nailing kit at Costco too. Framing, finishing, and a stapler for a few hundred bucks. I already have Bostich finishing kits, but would like a framing nailer for building the garage this coming summer.

For $99 to do one project, it's a lot cheaper than renting one from Rona/Home Depot.
