Diamond Boart Saw

Anyone have or had a diamond boart saw? I cant seem to find anything anywhere about them. Im wondering what the fuel ratio is and where to find parts. I love this thing, its a monster but cant find any info on it. Only thing I know is its made in italy.

The ratio should be fifty to one, it's pretty common in small two cycle engines.

Try googling the manufacturer name, I've never heard of them.

I googled them and cant find much.

http://www.diamant-boart.com/

I think its part of husqvarna or something. I payed $40 for it on ebay and payed $40 to ship it from california. I put a $2.39 pull cord from ace on it filled it up with gas and fired it up and butchered a '83 F150 with it. I love this thing and would recomend one. Its built like a army tank. I think my dads chainsaw is 80:1 and thats what I put into it.

I looked all over the net and cant find anything at all on the saw.

Diamant was bought by Partner, and six months later Partner merged with Husqvarna, the correct mixture is 50 to 1. Husqvarna is a great company, and will support parts for a long time, they sent me a drive belt for my Partner for free because they expect them to last the life of the saw.

Parts on the saw looked familiar, I think it is a huskvana engine if not the entire saw. There is a husqy dealer in town only problem is they are expensive as hell and like to burn you everytime you walk in there. Come to think of it every business in town is like that.
