Dewalt Impact Driver Question
I just got a Dewalt DC825 impact driver. When I put a magnetic bit holder (3" long) it has a very noticeable wobble. Also the bit seems to be very loose even though it is locked in, there seems to be a lot of play. Seems to work just fine though. Just wondering if they all do this or did I get a defective unit? This is my first experience with a cordless impact driver.
Thanks, Rob |

Re: Dewalt Impact Driver Question
speed wobble. If it really concerns you then don't use a bit holder. A 3" dedicated bit perhaps may have less wobble but I like it as the bit won't get stuck in the screw having you to pull it out and place it back into the holder. I hate that... Other than that... hmmm oh ya I hate phillips. When is that crap screw system gonna get phased out?!
