I bought a 3 pc kit a while back and they had a free battery promo.... I sent in the $10 cheque for shipping and I think it took about 3-4 months to get it

Re: Dewalt Free Tool

I got fed up with Dewalt about two years ago. Worst customer service in the industry that I've ever experienced, even though some of their tools are great. As a contrast Milwaukee has always stood behind their machines and been easily reached for parts and information, you actually get to talk to someone who lives in the US and has no problem finding the parts to send.

Re: Dewalt Free Tool

Not sure about Dewalt but back in December i got the milwaukeee 18v set and it came with the same offer. Took about 17 days and I had mine. In contrast last may I bought a Titan 440ix sprayer that was supposed to come with a free rebuild kit via mail in. well I mailed in to there NJ address on the coupon, 12 weeks later i received the mail back marked as undeliverable, called them up and they said try to send it to another address even though this address on there was ok but just there customer service department. well 11 months later and still nothing from them, not that the sprayer is not good or that i am dying to get a part but there customer service has soured me and from now on will buy graco never will buy another titan airless just because they cant even seem to manage honering there offers.
