My lineup is EXACTLY the same!

Thank you.

Just picked up a DeWalt Hammerdrill, (2) Bosch Angle Grinders and a Bosch 10.8V Impactor with a DeWalt Impact Ready Bit Kit.

All for only $399. (See details here: http://www.contractortalk.com/showpo...4&postcount=10 )

That along with the (5) Bostitch Guns and (2) Flexsteel Hoses, I think my tool fetish has been quenched
(for this week! ).

This is one of the reasons I chose not to get the Makita:

The DC925 actually came out on top in a comparison test:

There are situations where you just get a lemon.

The Bostitch RN46's had a few that came out that were bad, but after the initial production run, they've proven to be the best guns out now.

When it came to war, I tried to test the saw...but the roof gave in.

I too have a pre DC925 and the chuck has been fine so far. However, I do have to say I like the chuck my brothers old cordless milwaukee drill. It is part number 48-66-1575. You can find them on the web for about $50. If my chuck ever breaks this is the one I use as a replacement.

The new DC925 don't even look like they are attached the same as the old chucks.

Re: Dewalt Drill/Saw Deal At Lowes.

Howza bout this deal...
I was at home depot to get one of those grilled polish sausages with grilled onins, you know, the guy that sets up outside the exit? So anyway Im stading there drooling all over the counter cause im really hungry right? I glance in the store and see a hand written sign on a stack Skil HD77s, and I swear it looked like it said $69.95. I grabbed my sausage (the Polish one I mean, and no Im not Polish)... walked in for a better look and I'll be chit if it wasnt in fact $69.95. I saw other people looking too and going for carts so I grabbed a cart too and snagged 4 of em. Later that day I went back to get a couple more for my crew and they were all gone.

By the way the sandwich was pretty good as always, but if that little ----- keeps raising the price Im goint to stick a 2x up his .

I have the 36V hammerdrill which has the same chuck as the DC925, well it looks the same anyway. I don't know if it is the best chuck ever invented, but there is one thing is does well which is grip bits HARD. there is no such thing as the bit ever coming loose in this chuck. sometimes it grips to the piont where it scars the bit. sometimes hard to remove the bit after a tough drilling session too.
