Cordless battery pack rebuilder you can vouch for?

I want to get 7 dewalt 18volt XRP battery packs rebuilt. I don't want to send one and discover if the person is worth a crap and then send more, just want to send them all and be done with it so I need a reputable rebuilder.

So I am looking for a referral to a rebuilder by somebody who has actual experience with the rebuilder and not just 'heard' about him. There are plenty on the web to throw a dart at, but I don't have any interest in that.

Thanks.

I'll be hoping someone can help with this, I have a dozen batteries that could use rebuilding, and no way am I buying new ones for older tools.

We've got Batteries Plus out this way, I've had bad luck with them, their batteries, for me anyhow, don't last.

I rebuild by own battery packs if I can get the pack apart, I buy matched R/C cells, they work well and last a long time, I still have some of the old Makita 7.2 volts that still work fine, with those ones I just bought a R/C 7.2 pack, pulled off the shrink wrap and soldered the connectors.
