Compressor Size For Roofing

OK, I have a question for any roofers on here. What HP, PSI, capacity, etc. compressor would you recommend for running two to three guns. I don't think I'd ever get up to 4 on one roof. While we're on it, if you prefer (or recommend against) one brand over another, do tell . Thanks in advance.

Re: Compressor Size For Roofing

I'd say at least a 10gal for 3 roofing guns. 4hp or higher should be fine, the higher the better though. Most compressors these days work the same. I've used Campbell Hausfeild, Porter Cable, Craftsman, and Bostitch ones recently, they all worked well. The CH was the louded, while the PC being the most quiet.
