California PERP Program

I have to replace or pay high fees on three air compressors to run them in the state. California want's to move the smoggy machines to the other 49 states or out of the country. I am looking to buy a Grimmer-Schmidt 185P propane fueled machine because the sanctions don't apply to propane. Any thoughts? I have:

1995 Ingersoll Compressor - utility (no longer useable in Ca after 12/31/2009)
1999 INGERSOL COMPRESOR 185 WJD - towable - 5 grand in fees
1998 INGERSOL COMPRESOR 185WD - towable - 5 grand in fees

Maybe people have finally had enough of one party rule of the legislature in California. They've had control for decades and look what we have, no money, IOU's, sanctuary state for illegals, highest taxes, worst traffic, etc.

Cali. The state that spent over 10 million $ on chargeing stations for cars that no one uses! That state has some serious problems.
