Don't have it.

Shot it.

Price was good. About $100 less than what I ended up buying.

Settled on the Hitachi I LOVE IT!! This is a killer metal fastener.

best $300 ive ever spent. save your arm, and cuyts time at least in half. i can do a hanger in about 20 seconds as opposed to whatever it was with hand nailing. only problem is its loud, and after about 200 hangers your about deaf.

Sorry, no experience with the StrapShot. I've got the Hitachi NR65 too and like the tool a lot. It allows for both 1 1/2" and 2 1/2" nails and will fit in a 14 1/2" wide joist bay.

That being said, any gun is better than handnailing those connectors!

I stumbled across the hitachi today at a pawn shop. In fair-good condition. I got it and an almost brand new porter cable roofer for $230.

I've been able to use the Bostitch guns (both strapshot) the Hitachi, Paslode and the Grex.

My favorite in the Bostitch. That little guy is great for shooting 1.5" nails.

Also, if you had the Max High Pressure system, the PP gun for that system is great and a coil nailer. I tried that out last week and loved. it.

Hitachi is good, and light. You will be happy either way I think.

Thanks Mac. I found this forum googling the Max high pressure gun.

How's work down there? We are getting slow here. We were in Bend last summer and it had really slowed down there too.
