Better Pressure Washer Tips?

I've got a 3000psi pressure washer w/ the interchangeable tips. I notice that when I'm using my green or yellow tips, the water pressure on the outside of the fan is a lot more than in the center.

I'm wondering if that is pretty much par for the coarse, or if there is someone out there offering better tips that will have a much more uniform spray pattern. It would make it a lot nicer for washing decks and siding that is for sure.

Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

You can try the kind that spins around in the form of a cone. It works good on sidewalks but might work better for what you're doing too.

I tried one of them cyclone tips when i help my bro in law and they def work well but they can sure tear wood apart if ya not careful.

DO NOT TAKE A TURBO TIP TO YOUR WOOD DECK OR SIDING!!! Wood doesn't even need pressure, much less 3000 psi. Changing the tips will change the psi coming from the end of the wand.......if you're not familiar, use the widest spray pattern you have available.

It's not about the pressure, it's about the products/chems. GPM's are the important thing - rinsing!!

It's like a flowjet lol. I chopped a bit of 2x4 in half with my 3000psi pressure washer in about 20 secs lol. Def bad news for a deck.
