this band saw i got a a garage sale

i got this 10in tradesman band saw and a 10 skil table saw at a garage sale for $150. is that an ok buy? how long are the both of them going to hold up. ill probly only use them a couple times a month. im an animal control officer and student so i dont have too much time to play. i had never heard of tradesman tools before, but i got it now. i had to order new tires for it. i think it is a 96 or 98 model. it looks new though. sorry to babble.

Shank,
Really depends on what you want to use them for, I'm sure using them a couple of times a month they will last a life time........just don't plug them in.
Just kidding, sounds like you did alright....but have you plugged them in yet ?
