Anybody Have A 12v Hitachi Impact?

Im buying a house that needs a lot of work and I need to pick up an impact. I've mostly used Bosch and Dewalt but they are a little out of my price range. Does this impact have enough balls to be worth the trouble or should I just bite the bullet and drop a few hundered on something bigger?
