What Is Therequired Air Flow In A Parking Garage?

Could someone either tell me what section in the Canadian building code to look in or give me a direct answer. Please keep in mind I am in Canada and therefire an answer which conforms to the requirements in the US will probable differ from what I actually need. Thank you in advance for any help.
