Does anyone know if there is a suitable nail that can be used in a framing gun or finish gun that could be used to hold down 1/2 or 1/4 hardibacker tile board?? Im tired of using screws. Thanks!

They have a James Hardie Hardibacker nail gun. It is pretty much a roofing nailer.

Can anybody tell me which side of the nail points at the wood and which side I hit with that metal thingy? The nails appear to be a couple inchs long. One side is kind of pointy and one side is kind of round and flat, sorta like a pancake.

I usually bend them around the top of my metal thingy and use them as hurricane straps.
