What Is This Material

came with a lot of plywood I purchased-it's 12" wide, 1" thick, 10' long and is very heavy and a little wavy with protective plastic on the face. A small chipped area looks under the white finish looks like a cement board.

what do they commonly use them for? how do you cut them?

Sound like it could be a hardi XLD trim board.

You can cut it with a skil saw, the blades wear out kinda fast though.
