Doesn't that OP just make you want to run out and buy a building from them?

If the engineering is like the OP's grammar it will be like this.

1. What is this 2' stub welded onto the outside of this post? It wasn't on my plans. Answer: Oh, we just got careless and added something where nothing was supposed to be added.

2. Why is the plate at the end of this rafter half sized? Answer: Oh, does size matter? I thought as long as you put a plate there it didn't matter if it was a large plate or not.
