Utility lines/HVAC lines through siding needing replaced

I am replacing some siding on my own place this time. I have always cut siding to get the gas line, HVAC line, or electrical conduit into the new siding and caulk around the hole once finished.. but I was wondering if there is a split "collar" or gasket I could use to seal the hole or make a hole the size of the gasket for existing structures.

It has never been a problem, I have never had any issues with the methods I have used, but would like to know if there is a better way of sealing these protrusions through new siding.

In my own place, I have had problems with mold and want to seal it up as tight as possible.

Was also looking at possibly using different vinyl mounts for the spicket, A/C Disconnect, dryer vent, and possibly the GFI receptacles. Anyone used these type of "boxes" or mounts on non vinyl homes?

Have you heard of a product called Thumb Gum? You can buy It comes it's some type of puddy, that can handle extreme temps, and is can be painted. It's seals pretty well, and can be as "pretty" as you desire.

awesome. No I haven't seen this product before. I should post some pics of what I am dealing with because of mold...

I bought my place cheap cause I knew there were problems.. but I didn't know they were this severe. This spot was under a failed pipe jack, and leaking sink:

When I took that drywall off, it looked like there had been a fire in this spot.. totally black.

Yes I want it "pretty" but need it to be sealed tight more than anything.
