Using Marble, Granite On Walls Construction

Hi there,
Im having issues with a property , The problems are this property is 20 levels and from the bottom to the top there is huge granite , marbel stones in big dimensions on top of each other, after 2 - 3 years because of the weight of these stones on top of each other there is a slight slope and its not straight anymore. I was told there is a way to make a graving on the back of the stone so it would fit into a holding which will be installed in the wall so it would not move after years go by.

my question is that what is the machine called that puts a graving sort of like a hole on the back of the stone ?
