Triple 2x4 Joist Hangers

I'm searching for triple 2x4 Joist Hangers. I found some Simpson triple 2x6 hangers but really need triple 2x4 hangers for a custom barn-to-home conversion project I'm framing.

Any Ideas? Thanks!

Simpson makes a 4x6 hanger that should do the trick. Simpson HUS46 4x6 Face Mount Hanger - G90 Galvanized

Re: Triple 2x4 Joist Hangers

triple 2x4 is useless you will not able to mount that hanger is why they don't make it.

For 2x4 you better off using Simpson A34 when used on each side of the joist the minimum joist thickness should be 3" but you have to know the load it will support and cross-reference against Simpson load table.

Not sure what you doing there, but you should also check IRC- R602.10.6.4 table.

Re: Triple 2x4 Joist Hangers

Converting animal barns to human housing, doesn't get to qualify for any type of "grandfathering" code treatment anywhere to my knowledge.

Its hard to get the manure odor out of the wood when it gets rewetted, in my personal experience....

Maybe hire or trade work for a licensed in Florida Structural Engineer & P.E. Not sure they aren't quite the same thing.....

Is the barn in flood, high wind zone, or in cave (In) country???

120 mph + wind zone? hard to get a barn with a bunch of added windows and doors to hang together in the next big Hurricane...
Masonry won't rot or burn.
