Subgrade Cinder Block Coatings?

Does anyone know of a good cinder block coating resistant to diesel degradation in a subsurface environment? I am affraid the traditional bitumec coating technique would be eaten away over time if exposure should contiue. I'm working a residential job and dont want to hand dig a 45' x 2' x 5' trench for the third time.

Either mix pool plaster by hand (1 bag portland, 1-1/2 bag marble dust) or use Thoroseal.
