Stud Wall Thickness

i need to know the standard size for stud walls on all new build uk properties.

I have a feeling its 150mm but i want to make sure this is correct...i would also like to know the thickness of external cavity walls too...again, i think these are 350mm but could someone confirm.

thanks,

I am needing these dimensions for some interior CAD plans and elevations.
