Should I Send Brochure As Requested?

Hello, I only find this website this afternoon and have registered as a member.

Months ago, one of my clients from NE told me that he would like to open a granite & marble store and he would like me to send him my company's product profile and brochures by China mail. But finally I didn't send it.

He didn't send me any enquiry but in the first email told me to send brochure. Is he serious or not? Our way of doing business is after a time that we communicate with each other and found that if he really wants to do business with us. After consideration, we will send him brochure or samples. But sometimes so many clients require this sending and would not like to pay for the postage. It brings some trouble to me.

He is only trying to sell you some material.

He may only want your samples for reference or the find cometitive materials.

Ask him to send you a pre-paid DHL or FED-EX address and mailer.
