Paslode F-350S Trigger Change...

Not long ago I picked up a Paslode F350S that was in use on another work site and immediately loved the weight ratio in the head unit and was told of its dependability. I just recently purchased a refurbished pneumatic F350 direct from Paslode for a personal trial, possibly to replace my current Bostitch framers. These guns came equipped with their bounce contact triggers right from the go. Now I need to change over the Paslode's trigger with the bounce-trigger that was sent along with it. As I've never had to remove a trigger pin as of yet I cannot figure out the release on the grommet that holds this F350S's pin in. The manual simply states to "remove grommet" as a step. This makes me just spin/push/pull it and grunt louder. Any thoughts?
