Is It Ok To Work On Sunday To Cover My Exposed Home With Plastic To Protect From Rain
CITY PERMIT: Yes
Location: Southern California PROBLEM: It's sunday and the forecast shows rain for tonight. I am making an addition to my home and am doing all the work myself. The roof hasn't been finished yet and I need to go up there and cover it with plastic. This requires light hammering and about 1 hour of work. Can I work on sunday in this manner to protect my home from rain? The addition isn't complete which would allow the rain to pour into my house. The reason I ask is that construction is not allowed on sundays. Does this count as construction? Len |
