Need Info On An 'air Scrubber'

to ventilate a crawl space with specs to be able to remove fungal spores. I have in the past created a frame for a box fan and installed 20"x20" furnace filters for painting purposes-not sure if it would remove fungal spores though.

I am in need of a HEPA vacuum for cleaning dirty spaces-is it possible to purchase a HEPA filter for a shopvac?
