Monoslab Requirements For Addition

I'm drawing up plans for a 22x15 addition and would like to pour a monolithic slab. construction will be 2x4 walls, lots of windows (sunroom), a couple of doors and truss construction for roof. Does anyone know the requirements for a monoslab in Delaware? I'm thinking 24" deep and 12" wide for the rail of the slab, but don't recall specifics.

Re: Monoslab Requirements For Addition

Can't say for sure in DE. but that would be fine here in MD.

We have done slab condos (3 level) with 12" wide X 24" deep footing monolithic.

But sometimes we will do the footing a little wider and make 2 pours, it's easier to form the slab on top of the footing than have the forms hanging in the air.
