Metal framing is the only way to go, but to answer your Q try using a google search for your answer for pricing in your area?

Last time we purchased some it went for:

25ga track went for .25LF
25ga studs went for .255LF

now if your asking for install price i cant tell you, we almost never use it we sub out to a company.

this job was on T&M so we made a killing.... HA...
