Masonry Lowset Support System For A House!?

Hey, can anyone obtain a photo or produce a sketch of a masonry lowset support system for a house, showing the perimeter wall with engaged/attached pier and isolated piers, giving typical/actual details on dimentions, heights and meathods for construction.

any help would be appreciated as this is for a construction assignment i am stuck on...
