Manager Of Crews Flipping Properties

Hello I have been around the housing business for 30 years. My dad was a home builder for many years and I learned everything from him.
I have flipped a property a few years ago with a lot of success. I also own a sewing business with 30-45 people. I have a lot of knowledge in running people and getting them to get the job done. I am looking for people who flip properties that have a need for someone to set up all the crews to get the work done on a timely basis and at a cheap price. I am a good negotiator and like to get the best deal possible. I am looking for a piece of the profits per house I am involved with. OR I am looking for an investor that I can use their monies to flip houses.
You can e-mail me at rich@spencomfg.com
I live in North East Ohio so the properties need to be close to home.
Canton, Alliance, Massillon, Uniontown, Hartville, North Canton, areas.
Thanks,
Rich

Man, it sounds like you are asking to run a sweat shop. Bringing people from the islands, in over-flowing boats. I think imagration should be looking into your buisness. The simple fact about house flipping is that the buyer typically gets a home "the largest investment of their life" with hidden flaws due to unskilled or un-qualified labor doing the work, without permits or inspections.
