Llc Vs Scorp -California

Hey im looking to create a remodeling business and im trying to decide whether I should open an Scorp or LLC any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Its an 80-20 split.

What ever advice you get here, I would talk to your accountant before setting anything up, they should be able to walk you through the pros/cons of each
