Informative Web Sites... PLEASE HELP!!!

I've been looking all over the Net for informative Web Sites (instruction/tip's/faq's), every search i do i end up attempting to buy something and end up with ****os in my mail box... Maybe my Search Tacktics are off. Good thing its not that hard to make money *wipes forehead* So i need help can anyone give me an answer???
