House Mover's Jacks ??
I have 4 older 15 ton house jacks, the kind that look like the old bumper jack and go up one tooth at a time with a big handle. The problem is two of the jacks don't want to come down one tooth at a time, they just want to release. In reading about these jack I think it is possible that some were designed to go up only??... I just though I'd ask before I go tearing them apart only to find they a functioning properly. Thanks in advance.
