Home construction

Hello. I am new to this forum and I am hoping I can get some good information. I am currently pricing a new construction home. It is a ranch with 1100 square feet with a full walk out basement, TJI clearspan floor, 10x10 entrance off the front, and using the ZIP system. I have my bids together but I really have nothing to compare them to. I am located in syracuse, Ny. Does anybody have any solid per square foot numbers for building in the current market? I am looking at about $140 per square foot. Any help would be appreciated.

what is the size of the house? I would just draw it out in a square and add the footage up around the house and charge per foot, tree fiddy should be ok..
