i just found a great site that let you rate home owners on how they pay there contractors and if you been paid yet or not looks like a good place. now we can give home owner stars and warn other contractors about bad or picky customers. the place was thebettercustomerreport.

its not slander if you stateing a fact like they did not pay me and warn other contractors of there intentions + they let all reprts are mailed to home owner and thats not slander look it up. its worth $10.00 to me to let me know who I'am dealing with it could cost me $5000.00 thats why it say no bad remarks.

yesterday i logged in all my customers good and bad from picky people to let other contractor know what they are dealing with you know if we dont stick togeather it will be a mater of time before you get that customer you wish you never got and it will happen. hey this is a start right here. you don't need to make some one look real bad on there it just rateing them on how they pay. you might be a roofer that dose the roport but the pool installer will look to see and the landscaper to might look just to see how they are rated. it will help everybody if we use it.
