Excavation
I need to know what kind of ballpark price I would be looking at for a 53'x30' foundation. The ground is sand and small rock, the septic and well are already their. Just looking for a ballpark price.

Re: Excavation
A builder would have an approximate price.
For an accurate price call a local contractor with the details and a soil report. Since you already have the septic in you are going to build and it just a question of the details. Your foundation contractor will need detail information like drain tile and how many corners and jogs. Sometimes it is better to get a foundation contractor that also does excavating.
