Custmer Paid Me, Been Waiting Long Time,

I joined that BCR and filed a report and they sent a letter to them and few days later the customer ask me if they paid if i would change there rateing. I said sure pay me the amount you owe me. And they paid the amount they owed cannot beleave they paid this custmer i have been dealing with just would not pay the rest of the money they owed me, but i will tell you when you give a rateing of one star and all othere contractors can see it it works. got my balance of $2300.00 thanks to thebetterreport.com.

I have a couple of good cudtomers give all their work , Both are Realtors , They call me and i'm right out there , So i send them the bill via the mail and wait for payment 1 week 2 weeks so i give them a call to see if they got my invoice yop its right here ,another few days go by keep checking the mail box no check , so i go by their office to see if my check is their and sure enough its there, they said we make out the checks the day we get the invoice and sure enough i look at the date on the check its dated 2 weeks ago ,this has happen to me 3 times, now i drive into town with invoice in hand and they right me check on the spot and hand it to me who knows why ? A stamp to me is still cheaper than a gallon of gas , I guess i'll just have to add into the bill

thats real good you have that but we live were number of jobs count and that means you deal with a lot of home owners every one just a little differant then then other you just dont know who your dealing with. i did work for a guy like this turn invoice get paid and one night he called me said one of his house was fire bombed and ask if i would go out and this board up said sure been doing work for this guy for 2years. big house invoice $2500.00 told me he was not going to pay. he said did not have insurance so tuff. pissed me off whent to detroit 2;00 am worst area in world to be at night.

beleave me I did, but you have to think if we all start useing that web site we can band as a group and start working with eachother like the site said. this is the first site that I have seen that is like this and you not calling the home owner any names or any thing you are stateing facts, and giveing the next guy that dose work for him a warning if good , bad, or just picky, i think its great and i will keep using it to my i already got my moneys worth.
