Current Michigan Energy Code

I am looking for information on Michigans current energy code as it related to residential single family construction, does any one have information or a link to this information? Our Canadian governor tried to enact a new energy code here in Michigan and an injunction on enacting the code was brought on by the HBA but I am not a member and was curious as to the status of this injunction.

Our Governer is an American citizen. You can find info on the currently in limbo new code at the State of Michigan web site.
