Costs For Temporary/portable Modular Spaces

Hello!

I'm currently partners with a friend that has about 10 different businesses all over California. We would need temporary modular buildings to go up at different times of the year on the sites. There will be about 3-5 spaces at 1000-1500 SF each. HVAC for each unit and a community bathroom is needed.

How much would it be to construct just the shell if it is a modular type building?

I looked at options like Triumph Modular and Porta-King. But would it be even more cost effective if we had a team to construct 50 of these spaces?

A few articles that had some insight on pricing --

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Me smells a salesman/woman/ whatever pushing web clicks to the cited Web pages, no I didn't look, that is what they want...

If you REALLY are a developer, RENT the job shack, take the rent to own option on the ones that fit your trade.

Not Eon Musk, or Thomas Edison could do EVERYTHING.... Stick with the money maker, and buy whatever off the shelf.

Hi, thanks guys.

Sorry about the links, I didn't know I couldn't add those. It was just a reference because it has some general pricing info.

I'd assume just about all Modular home builders could build you 54' x 14' two piece Temp office(s), Sadly the fires up North are going to suck up every barely legal housing shack on the West Coast and what they can unload off the Ships.....

The build it your self scheme, maybe if you had buyers for the units when you have finished with them that could convert into Cali legal housing, otherwise you could sell as illegal Alien barracks for criminal farmers and such like black market scum.

I was suspicious of your OP as it reads like many faux posts designed to either gather info for the terminally lazy(wiki whatevers) or pump up some fake web traffic to shake the InterNet money maker.
