Class D Seismic
Does anyone know the additional cost to build a one or two story residential home on a class D seismic category site. i know that i will have to have a structural engineer review my plans, redesign them and put them out for bid, but was wondering if anyone has done this before and could give me a ball park price

Re: Class D Seismic
So, has your soil been classified officially by the county? If it has then start with your county building codes as to the requirements and then go from there. Pretty open ended at this point.
