I know that the going rate is 13 to 20% but am having trouble figuring out what would be fair to ask as commitment fee. Any ideas? This is my first house and most of the work will be subbed out so I can use any advice availible. Also , if you are in the Newnan Georgia area and are a licensed contractor with insurance (bonded plus but not man.)I am looking for help in nearly all phases of building residential homes.
