Block Work/Southern Fla.

I have a buddy headed to the Miami area at the end of the week to lay about 1900 Block for his uncle.

He doesn't normally lay block but he's sure he can handle it.

I told him to start at 3.50 a block, labor and material, no dig, footing inplace and add for any forseen overhead. Scafold, mixer, ect.

Does anyone know if this rate holds in the southern Fla. area?

Thanks, Bob
