A Better Contract

Good Afternoon! I know there have been several other threads related to finding/creating a solid contract, but I have yet to find a referral to a specific book or site that helps. I am newer to the business, and while I have not yet had any problems with my current contract, I am always looking for ways to improve it. I am primarily a residential framer and trimmer, but have had a few GC new construction, remodel and addition projects. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Nate

Re: A Better Contract

Builderbooks.com has a good contract book. It's put out by the NAHB. Also comes with a CD with everything on it so you can customize to fit your needs.
The title is "Home builder contracts and construction management forms".
