3" Pipe In 8" Floor Joist

Any suggestions for getting a 3" PVC waste pipe in an 8" lumber floor joist to meet IRC code? The floor is 8" joists 12" o.c.

Conventional lumber (7.5" actual). The house is already dried in.

You may need to consult a Professional Engineer. I'm not sure if they could recommend a scabbing or gusseting type of repair to disperse the damage.
