vinyl siding cutter

Does anyone know where I can get plans for making a guillotine vinyl siding cutter or know how to make one if so it would be very appericated. thanks Rick

Gillotines are used for cutting metal siding. Vinyl is cut with a saw. You can make your own cutting stand or buy a radial arm saw.

The make them for vinyl. Expensive though, bout $300 + you change out the cutting blade depending on what profile siding you are using. Why someone would actually want one of these is beyond me.

you can build a box for a circular saw on a table...of corse run yer saw backwards, or filp your blade


i worked for a guy that built one hwe put a tape on it and every thing....the only thing was is it wasnt long enough to cut 5 pcs. of siding
