Neglected Drveway

This driveway cleaning was performed in August of 2006 in Clearwater, FL. This area has not been cleaned in the last 20 years! There were some old motor oil stains and heavy mold that the homeowner had lived with until calling me. Upon arrival at the property, I proceeded to downstream a mix of sodium hypochlorite and industrial degreaser over this driveway. After 20 minutes of dwell time by keeping the area wet with chemical, I then cleaned the driveway with 210 degree hot water at 3500 psi with a 19 surface cleaner. After the homeowner saw the results, they were thrilled and put on a yearly maintenance schedule to make sure it never returns to it's previous condition.

WEe do not clean driveways anymore.'
But the mixture of the degreaser and Sodium Hypochlorite is a very effective one.
That mix, PLUS the pressurized hot water from your big machine delivered the awesome results you displayed for us.

Oh the horror!

That looks like I-95 from where I live. To have a driveway that looked like that....I don't know what I'd do with myself.
