I'm betting he means mulled.
I'd quote about $50 per window.
Unless they don't want the
premium ones.

You'll do better if you don't waste
so much time on research.
Increase your profit margin that way.

You haven't asked a professional
question yet.
Even if there was an "answer"
no one could help you with anything
that vague!

Well I might as well say it before someone else. This is a professional site, and do not take questions that any contractor giving an estimate on such an easy job should already know. So there are 2 reasons you are asking. You are a homeowner, and received an estimate you think is too high, or you are totally incompetent and should not touch someone else's house and please do not waste our time.

apparently not if you you feel the need to find out the "going rate" THERE IS NO GOING RATE. Theres hacks that are gonna install those windows for $75 each, and then there are professionals that are going to sell their service for however high of a dollar amount they can assign to their value. The day I realized there are a million other usually more important factors in winning jobs than price, was the greatest day of my life.
I bid against carpenters all the time. We do windows and siding every day of the week. carpenters and handymen walk in with their measuring tape and window catalog and thumb through pages, and stare at the window like they've never seen one before, and stare at bricked openings like they've never seen one before. take a million measurements a million different ways, and make me look like a superstar to the customer when i take one glance at the window, give them a price, and explain its a routine install. Aluminum window replacement is not for starters
