Window Treatments

Hello,
Does anyone know if "Pella Windows" contracts another manufacturer to make specially made blinds and shades for its Designer Series windows. These blinds and shades fit inside the glass between the second and third pane. I thought they could be purchased for about $115.00 per window but learned the dealers retail cost with discount was $194.00 per window at two blinds per double hung window. I think the cost is way out of line because the cost of the window was $595.00. The glass area that needs to be covered by the blinds is 18 inches high by 33 inches wide. I am hoping to deal direct with the manufacturer to get the blinds at a more reasonable cost.
