Window Screen
Anybody know where I can buy window screen in bulk? May have a job to do that has 10 screens of 26 sq ft / screen opening. Too expensive and too many rolls to buy at the big box.
Thanks,

Re: Window Screen
Where ever you can buy it by the foot should be able to sell you a 100' roll. I worked at a Home Center that did that. I would order my screen by the 100' roll and sell it by the foot to homeowners. Many a contractor bought full 100' rolls. If Depot doesn't do it, find a small hardware store.

Re: Window Screen
Can't help you with the buying issue but I thought I'd chime in on this - this past summer I used the 'pet screen' type naterial to screen a little more than 400 SF. I don't think I'll ever use anything else for improvements that I don't want to spend time maintaining. While it was expensive, I'm confident that screen tears are going to be as close to zero as one could hope. With balls being kicked around constantly, a hyper dog, kids running in and out, squirrels, and sometimes less than careful lawn maintenance, the durability of the screen fabric is a big deal to me.

Re: Window Screen
I too have used that pet screen on jobs and on my own patio screen. Great stuff. Yes, can be pricey but worth it. Also can be a pain to spline in due to it's thickness.
